More value. More points. More rewards for your business. We’ve improved our point transfer rate with Qantas Business Rewards and Virgin Australia Business Flyer from 2.5:1 to 2:1 transfer rate.

This means our customers can gain 25% more value when transferring points to their Qantas Business Rewards Account and/or Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, taking you further for less. This change will be effective from 1 July 2025 for all pay.com.au members. This aligns with pay.com.au’s commitment to continue to deliver genuine, flexible value for our members.

How to transfer your PayRewards Points

1. Connect your accounts

Navigate to the Convert Points page in your pay.com.au account and enter your Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Australia Business Flyer number.

2. Transfer your PayRewards Points

Enter the amount of PayRewards Points you would like to transfer to either your Qantas Business Rewards Account and/or Virgin Australia Business Flyer account.

3. Redeem your Points

Your Qantas Points or Velocity Points will be credited to your account shortly.

Capitalised terms used below and not otherwise defined have the meaning as set out in the PayRewards terms and conditions.

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member in order to redeem their PayRewards Points for Qantas Points. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for PayRewards Members. PayRewards membership, PayRewards Points, and use of the pay.com.au Platform are subject to the PayRewards terms and conditions and pay.com.au platform terms and conditions, respectively. Qantas Business Rewards Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Qantas Business Rewards account within 14 days of transfer. PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their PayRewards Account. Two and a half PayRewards Points can be transferred for one Qantas Point. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points must be made directly to the Program Partner. PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their PayRewards Account. *Join Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Eligibility to join Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN, an Australian business address and spend of less than $300,000 per annum on flights with Virgin Australia. Superannuation funds, travel agents, travel management companies, travel wholesalers, air travel consolidators and any businesses re-selling air travel are not eligible to join.
