Welcome to the official release notes for pay.com.au. Here’s what we’ve been up to in the month of June.
💸 Seamless accounting integration with Xero
You’ve asked and we’ve delivered. Our highly anticipated integration with Xero is now available! Connecting your account takes under 1 minute and will help you seamlessly synchronise, search and sort your bills.
📃 Synchronise bills
Our integration synchronises the bills that have been approved and are awaiting payment in Xero to our platform with ease.
🔎 Search and sort
Quickly search and sort for specific bills to pay. You can search the invoice number, supplier name, even the amount of the bills, in seconds.
🤝 Automatically update to paid
Once we’ve successfully charged your payment method your Xero bills will automatically be marked as paid without you having to reconcile them manually.
🧑🤝🧑 Multi-tenant Xero
Allows different pay.com.au accounts to connect to different organisations in the one Xero account without affecting others. This allows for separate pay.com accounts to fetch invoices from their own organisation within the Xero account.
Easily view and edit the payment details of your payees. This improvement comes off the back of our new payment features we released last month and has been implemented across the payment tables and CSV docs. Now you can easily edit, sort, and filter through the payment history/pending payments tables. as well as through the payee bank /BPAY details.
After the successful launch of our Xero integration, we’ve started focusing our attention on the onboarding and verification process for new accounts. Our goal, to achieve a faster turnaround for verification and an even more secure way in doing so. For this we are investigating the use of biometrics.
Biometric verification not only helps to enhance remote identity verification process, it also acts as a fraud deterrent by ensuring the individual submitting the application is the same person identified on the presented document.
That’s the end of our June release round-up. We hope these new features and improvements make managing your business payments a much more enjoyable experience.
